Overview
Proactively develops and maintains Broker and other valuable, continuous sources
of business relationships within a given market while simultaneously seeking out
prospective borrowers and/or responding to borrower inquiries. Participates in business
related development and general civic activities to contribute to community effort
and promote commercial lending origination. Analyze various loan requests and then
package commercial financing requests to meet CapitalMAC's standards. Maintains consistent and thorough
communication with all involved parties (applicant, referral sources, loan fulfillment,
appraisal, etc.) throughout the entire loan process. Provides outstanding levels of service
by attaining superior product and industry knowledge, maintaining a flexible schedule
to accommodate appointments, and handling every transaction with the utmost commitment
to professional ethics.

We are looking for:

Mortgage professionals looking to make a lasting career change

Two years of commercial mortgage sales background, property, financial, and credit analysis (will look at sharp MBA candidates with no experience)

Outstanding sales, communication and organizational skills

Self motivated and driven for success

Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, team player

Proficient with Excel, Acrobat Professional, able to perform financial modeling
